Book your appointment online using the secure Calendly booking platform. You will be able to select a convenient date and time for your consultation.

Consultation Fee
Initial Clinical Review (30 minutes): £150

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Once payment has been successfully completed, your consultation will be confirmed automatically.

What Happens After Payment?
You will then receive a confirmation email containing:

• Confirmation of your appointment date and time
• Receipt of payment
• Your secure Zoom consultation link
• Instructions for submitting your semen analysis report and medical information
• Details of the consultation process

Secure online booking and payment

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will be invited to securely upload:

• Your semen analysis report(s)
• Relevant fertility investigations, if available
• A brief medical and fertility history questionnaire

Ideally, documents should be submitted at least 48 hours before your consultation to allow sufficient time for review.

By providing this information in advance, you allow me to conduct a detailed pre-consultation review. As a result, your consultation can remain focused, efficient, and clinically meaningful.

After receiving your documents, I will review:

• Your semen analysis results
• Your fertility history
• Any additional investigations provided

This detailed preparation takes place before our meeting and forms an integral part of the consultation service.

Approximately 48 hours before your consultation, you will receive an automatic reminder email including:

• Confirmation of your appointment time
• Your Zoom consultation link
• Instructions for joining the consultation

This ensures that you have all the practical information you need before your appointment.

On the day of your appointment, you can attend your consultation securely via Zoom from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Your partner is welcome to join the consultation with your consent.

During the consultation, we will discuss:

• What your semen analysis results actually mean
• Whether there is a genuine fertility concern
• Which findings are clinically significant
• Whether additional investigations may be helpful
• Lifestyle factors that may influence sperm quality
• Natural conception prospects
• Whether IVF or ICSI should be considered and, if so, why
• Practical next steps tailored to your situation

Throughout the consultation, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss your concerns openly.

All consultations are conducted in a confidential, professional, and judgment-free environment.

Following the consultation, you will receive a personalised written summary by email within 3–5 working days.

The summary will include:

• Key findings
• Clinical interpretation
• Recommendations
• Suggested follow-up investigations (if appropriate)
• Practical next steps

Finally, this written summary will provide you with a clear record of the main points discussed and the recommendations made during your consultation.
